We helped them with some critical aspects of FSA compliance requirements, in a very short time frame, which enabled them to successfully comply and be offered for sale to JP Morgan.

As part of the systems integration of Chase and Fleming into JP Morgan the need for a common Voice Platform had been overlooked. We set up a powerful system in all their sites in a very short period of time.

A service promised in a high profile advertising campaign could not be supplied. We developed an internal structure and work process to facilitate it, and within a short timescale we were able to deliver it, so the campaign was not wasted.

We helped an NPD programme catch up and meet deadlines, after it had fallen seriously behind target and risked failing.

Their Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning needed to be demonstrated and proven to the FSA and the industry as a whole.

We were requested to resolve their looming data processing and storage crisis. So we put a temporary system in place, analysed the options available and consequently specified and designed a new data center for their rapidly growing corporate requirements.

We ensured that Y2K contingency measures were realistic and acted upon, while at the same time establishing robust contingency plans and environments.
